Recently I was showing off a crocheted baby cap and blanket at work ( I can't show you the adorable set yet, not until I give it as a gift). One of my co-workers fell in love with it, but asked if I could make her a Yellow Angry Bird for her granddaughter. So I began looking for a pattern.....and couldn't find one. So I improvised. I didn't even know what a Yellow Angry Bird looked like. With a little research on the net this is what I came up with. Looks pretty cute angry! What do you think?
He sure looks angry to me!
So we decided to do a swap. She is a very experienced quilter, and I told her to just make me something. I like surprises. This is what she came up with and made for me.
Isn't he ADORABLE?
This very cute Reindeer is a Christmas card holder.
I am very much looking forward to receiving your cards this Christmas season.
Ok, whose next? I really enjoy this swapping!
I am linking up with Between Naps on the Porch
I love the angry bird hat. My son and I talked about them last night. I would definitely wear one, I tend to be a little flamboyant at times. LOL
ReplyDeleteYou are so creative and without a pattern. Lovley!!
Forgot to say you should sell these at your Etsy store:)
