Just in time for Easter and all the hard boiled eggs everyone will be doing. I thought I would give you all my no fail technique for hard boiled eggs.
Put your eggs in a shallow pan and cover with cold water.
Bring to a rolling boil.
Cover with a tight fitting lid and turn the heat off.
Wait 15-20 minutes and you will have perfect hard boiled eggs everytime.

Carolyn, so glad to see you back posting. That is the same method my mom uses, but I hear it only works with electric stoves, no luck with gas. Hope you have a Happy Easter:)
